About the Conference
The Adventure Safety Conference offers an opportunity for professionals in the adventure sector to come together to learn, share ideas, strengthen connections, and gain inspiration and skills for improving safety outcomes in adventure activities.
Viristar has an aim to advance the safety and quality of the adventure sector worldwide. We’ve worked with government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and adventure, travel, experiential and outdoor professionals from over 80 countries on six continents in support of this goal.
At Viristar we’ve been bringing people together for multi-day in-person experiences of learning, sharing, and networking since 2018. This includes delivering adventure safety trainings in locations from Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, and Malaysia to Indonesia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, China and beyond.
In 2020, Viristar was encouraged by a leader in the adventure sector to put on an adventure safety conference, and this has been part of Viristar’s vision since that time.
The Adventure Safety Conference is a natural extension of Viristar’s years of experience in putting on multi-day in-person gatherings devoted to adventure safety professional development experiences and supporting continuous improvement of the adventure sector worldwide.
