Exhibitor booth rental fee includes:

  • Two booth personnel badges which provide access to conference keynotes and workshops
  • One 8 sq. m. booth
  • One 2-meter table and two chairs
  • Vendor sales privileges (excluding food and beverage)
  • Listing in the Exhibitor Directory
  • Logo displayed on the event website, newsletters, social media and printed materials
  • Opportunity to host giveaway(s) at your booth
  • Opportunity to purchase additional exhibitor badges at the discounted rate of USD 150. Exhibitor badges include full access to all conference keynotes and workshops, but do not include pre- or post-conference workshops.
